Selling a co-property apartment in NDG, recent building, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. I made a 4th bedroom, decent space and the livingroom is still big enough. I ask 496000, you need to have 20% (which anyway was a great idea and take a part of the mortgage with desjardins. The cons: PROS: - NO CONDO FEES. (Although the law would ask us to place some money aside... these are ~ 1/2- 2/3 Insurance price ~ 1/2- 2/3 city tax - The law would ask us to place some money aside... but NONE are taken away, is still our money. - It will be sold with furniture and appliance so not another blow to your financial state after this quite big effort. (but no discount if you don't wannt the furniture). And because we're only 4 people, no "hyjackers" that would hire expensive contractors, strange unnecessary jobs etc. - There is no "neigborhood asociation", so no obligations... but other owners have similar apartments / 4plexes and HAVE HAD jobs done recently. We'll relate to thier experience to minimize to expenses. For real, serious, possible buyers, not for curios. Treating this ad like a TV or sofa sale is not acceptable, so pls present yourself when contacting, have a better question then the... debiltating (sorry) "is this available" Thanks for your interest.
