A professional translator (male) looking for a roommate from July 1st (or later). The apartment is located between Gay Village and Old Port, 7 min walk from Berri Uqam and Beaudry station. A small cozy room with a balcony is available. Moving date will be flexible. The apartment is fully furnished and the offered bedroom is furnished with a bed. The rent is 970$ everything included (hydro, internet, and home insurance, also depending on hydro, it could change slightly). I am looking for someone who really wants to live clean and chill at home. I am an immigrant from Japan (living in Montreal 20yrs), a very relaxed person and easy to talk to.
