Hi- I have a 4 1/2 (2 bedroom, 1 bath) apartment on Parc Avenue near St. Viateur. I am looking for a roommate. The rent is 875$ each. Attached are images of the apartment and room for rent. The apartment is without furniture because my former roommate just moved out. You can move in your own or we can get things together. I spend very little time in the common space. The building is super nice and located in a great part of the city, close to many great restaurants, bars and nearby to transport (Bus 81 line and metro Laurier). I'd prefer a male roommate.
