( Previous deal fell through, still looking for July 1) Hi, I'm Sam, I'm a 26 year old History student at Concordia and I'm looking for a new roommate. I am looking for *students* who are relatively close to me in age. The apt is in an awesome neighbourhood, it's an 8 min walk to Place St. Henri Metro, close to the canal, Notre Dame Street etc... The apartment will be mostly furnished aside from your bedroom. The apt is a great deal considering the size/price/neighbourhood. I am looking for someone easy-going, friendly, and responsible who, like me, wants a balance between being social (hanging out, having friends over..) and having quiet time to study etc... The total rent is $1060/month ($530 each). Occupancy can be one year with possibility of renewal. Electricity and wifi not included (both together come out to ~$950/yr divided between us).
