Hello! We are 2 female students, looking for one person (who identifies as female) to transfer our lease, because one of our roommates is moving out. to starting july 1st or august 1st. The month of July will be free. It is one bedroom in a 5 1/2. The price is 662.98$/month (hydro not included). Hydro per month is around 20$, the water bill varies depending on how much is used per month but it's usually around 20-23$ and wifi per month is around 20$. The apartment is very spacious and the bedroom is very cozy and has very large windows. There is a closet outside of the room and a built in shelf. This apartment is in an amazing part of cote des neiges right next to the Snowdon station about a 5 min walk. There are many food places around including a pharmaprix and a metro that are both less than a 10 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the room comes unfurnished, so you will have to bring your own bed and other furniture. However the rest of the house has a good amount of appliances like a microwave, toaster, oven, washing machine, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We also own a cat as well for anyone with allergies!
