Large room in quiet apartment located in NDG. 10 minutes walk Vendome and Villa-Maria metro stations, the 24 bus stops right outside the building. Close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, a pharmacy, Girouard park. The apartment itself is a beautiful old building with lots of charm. Plenty of storage/closet space, a nice kitchen with a big fridge, electric stove, microwave, and lots of cabinet space. You would be living with me. I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful artist with a day job originally from Winnipeg, now living here. I speak both English and French so feel free to reach out in either language. I am sober, I don’t need you to be sober as well but if you have a hard partying lifestyle then you won’t be a good fit. Hydro and internet are not included in the rent but are relatively cheap. Ready for you to move in as of August 1st, 2026, possibly sooner.
