Hi! We're looking for female students or young professionals to rent one of two furnished bedrooms in a quiet, respectful 4-bedroom home (1st floor). Rent (everything included): • Room A: $700/month (this is the one with a small grey couch). • Room B: $650/month • Heat, electricity, hot water & high-speed Wi-Fi included About the Home: You'll be sharing the home with 2 quiet South Asian women (a mother in her 50s and her young professional daughter, who is also a co-owner of the house). The daughter works remotely from her room 3 days a week, so we're looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful living environment. Both residents are respectful, keep to themselves, and are usually in bed by 10:00 PM. House expectations: • Female tenants only • No pets • No male visitors • No parties • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs • Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and mindful of noise Features: • Spacious furnished bedrooms with large closets (or you may bring your own furniture) • Shared bathroom • Shared dining area with a TV and sitting space • In-unit washing machine (no dryer) • Clothes are typically hung outside to dry in the summer or air-dried on indoor drying racks.
