Both neighborhoods are 10 mins away from home and the bus station is only a few steps away from home . The house is very quiet , and we have a very good relationship between roommates based on respect , all are friendly ! Perfect for students and working people , who are seeking for a quiet and clean environment shared with respectful people . people on drugs , noisy and not willing to participate in the cleaning are not welcome . all utilities are included ( washing machine . dryer , high speed internet , heating etc ). !
