Second floor, two flights up, no elevator. Posting to boost for my roommate; I'm moving out to somewhere closer to my new work. I will put you in touch with her when you reach out. THE ROOM 11 x 14¼ ft (about 157 sq ft), plus a large closet and entryway. Direct sun in the latter half of the afternoon. Unfurnished. Window AC is allowed. THE APARTMENT Kitchen/dining room, living room, two bedrooms. Fridge and stove included. Gas heating, paid by the landlord, and we are quite comfortable during the winter. Coin-fed laundry machines in the basement, $1.50 per machine per load. No storage locker, but bikes have their designated spot in the lobby by the staircase. COST $762.50/month (820.73 with Hydro and internet) for September and October $787.50/month (845.73 with Hydro and internet) from November 1st onward. You'd be paying the landlord directly and very likely signing a new lease for November onward. GETTING AROUND Across from Confederation Park. The 51 stops right across the street — 10 minutes to Snowdon métro, or about 25 on foot. The 104 is a 4-minute walk, then 20 minutes to Vendôme, or 30 to Atwater.
