Bright and spacious room for rent, apartment semi-furnished and with all necessary appliances, laundry, etc. Everything in the apartment was renovated in 2022, so all appliances are new. The apartment has all the needed main furniture. We also have a huge patio shared with the neighbours that gets sun all day, our chosen place to recharge and unwind. It is also well-located just off the Mont-Royal strip, one of the liveliest streets in Plateau (and in all of Montreal). There is a bixi station across the street, busses pass outside the front door to Mont-Royal (orange line) metro station (or a 20m walk) or to Papineau (green line). Bars, cafes, restos, gym, groceries, and the hardware store are all within five minutes' walk and you have many options. You will live with my roommate, who is great. Female preferred, we are looking for someone who is clean and considerate. Available September 1 - December 31, with possibility of extension. Hydro paid separately.
