Hey! Renting out the second bedroom in my 2-bed apartment in NDG starting Sept 1st (or a bit earlier if needed). Rent is $850 all-in (covers hydro, heating, hot water, and high-speed wifi). The room comes fully furnished. Location is great—literally a 7 minute walk to Concordia Loyola campus, and right by buses and grocery stores. Since my name is on the lease, we’d just do a simple month-to-month roommate agreement with 30 days notice if either of us needs to end it, keeping things flexible. A bit about me: I’m a 19-year-old computer engineering student at Concordia. I study a lot during the week so I keep the place quiet and clean, and in my free time I like gaming, working out, and photography.
