Hi! I’m Kia, a massage therapist who has worked from this space (Summit Bodyworks Massotherapie) for the past 2½ years. I’ve created a warm, welcoming environment, and I’m looking to share it with an independent practitioner on the days I’m not there. Ideally, I’d love to share the space with someone in a complementary field—creating natural opportunities for referrals, collaboration, and a more complete offering for our clients. Massage therapists and other manual therapists are also an excellent fit. The room is a generous 14 × 20 ft (approximately 280 sq ft)—about twice the size of a typical treatment room. It offers rare breathing room for one-to-one care, duo treatments, and certain small, quiet private or semi-private offerings, subject to prior agreement. Quiet, clean, appointment-based creative practices may also be considered case by case—for example, art therapy, illustration/design consultations, or compact portrait sessions. The space must remain low-noise, scent-free, and free of messy materials, aerosols, solvents, or strong products.
