Hi :) I am happy to announce that we have a few 4.5 units available: one on the ground floor at $1185 and two units on the top floor (3rd). One is $1185 and the other is $1300. If you love older buildings with loads of charm like hardwood floors, faux fireplaces etc then our nearly 100 year old building might be the spot for you. Our 4.5s are cozy; the second bedroom makes for an excellent office or kid's room. We're located 5 mins from Concordia at H4B1Y9 and a bunch of buses + the Montreal West train station are right across the street. Laundry machines in the basement. Hot water and appliances (fridge/stove) plus a storage locker are included. Heat (baseboards) and hydro are not included. These units currently have radiators but those will be replaced this year.
