Very comfortable bed room with a private wash room in a very quiet building located very down town, close to everything (place des spectacles, place des arts, down town, Old Montreal, Mont Royal). this is a spare room in my apartment where i live on my own. i Prefer short term renting (few weeks ,.. couple of months, min 32 nigths/stay) Quartier-des-Spectacles offers a variety of experiences for those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere and spending time in green spaces. There are a very large number of dynamic parts in this neighbourhood to check out. There is a wide variety of entertainment venues, there are often masses of people around, and finding one of the approximately 30 bars is very easy as they are generally situated in very convenient locations. Rue Saint-Denis in particular offers an excellent selection of nightlife. There is a very small amount of greenery in this part of Montréal; although, there are around 10 public green spaces nearby for residents to check out and they are especially well-spread out, resulting in them being very easy to reach from many locations within Quartier-des-Spectacles Available from sept 3rd
