Looking for a roommate in a charming apartment in the heart of the plateau about the apartment: Sublet starting in September (lease renews in July. You can chose to be on the lease, continue to sublet or move out whenever just let me know 2-3 months in advance) You can also move in before September 1st if you’d like **I have an extra bed frame you can have it or I can get rid of it if you already have one just let me know :)** -Unfurnished medium sized bedroom in a furnished apartment -Washer and dryer in the unit (blessed) -Bathroom with a bathtub, bidet on the toilet :p -Shared backyard with our neighbours (they’re nice n chill) -Apartment is in a great location H2W 2B6: 10mins walk from Mont Royal metro and Sheerbroke Metro. 5mins away from Segal, Jeanne mance and la fontaine are a close walk. basically everything is walking distance -rent + Hydro (depends on how much we use) and wifi $30 The landlord is pretty chill the only rule he has is for us is no locking our bikes directly in front of the house.
