Hello everyone! We are looking for a roommate, students or young professionals (BOY). This is on the second floor of the duplex. This is a large house with 4 bedrooms fully furnished and very bright. We have a large living room, a large kitchen, a beautiful garden for barbecues and 1 complete bathroom and 1 partial bathroom and a shared air conditioner! There are 3 balconies, 2 small and 1 large to receive guests (BBQ, party, etc .) We also have a portable AC in the common areas! There is a dishwasher, washer-dryer, 3 fridges and stove. We are located in the Côte-des-Neiges district near the metro Plamondon / Cotes des Neiges and the bus lines. Ideal for students of the UDEM / POLY / HEC but also for other universities or young pros (it is 20 minutes from the city center by subway!). It's a nice neighborhood, filled with life and with everything close by. We are close to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. We are also close to Kent Park and a free swimming pool! We are looking for someone respectful and friendly for the medium-long term (12-month year lease) who is willing to respect the other roommates and follow the rules to clean up to maintain a healthy and clean house. The room currently available is fully furnished with a single size bunker bed and desk. Note that it is a small room about 8-10 square meters and window.
