Charming and huge room (20.4m2 = 220 sq.ft.) in great, centrally located "6 1/2" (i.e. a 2 1/2 bedroom flat), well equipped (and access to kitchen, etc), in calm flat, in the "coolest neighborhood in the world" (no kidding!: search "journal metro Top 15 des quartiers les plus cool"), and central for both 1) cultural life and 2) transportation downtown and to the 4 universities. To be clear: The room available for rent is a private double room. It is --- 8-min bus ride to Park and Milton to McGill (even walkable in 25 mins.) / --- 12-5 min from UdeM/HEC by bus / --- 35 min to Concordia in direct bus (6-9 am, 3-6 pm) / and--- between 10 to 20 min from UQAM. --- 12-15 min, to métro Laurier on foot (4min by bus) --but the bus Park ave. bus is even better than the metro (virtually as frequent ...but runs all night) Includes double bed, heat, WiFi, and locker in room. Smoking OK (with conditions, so common areas remain STRICTLY SMOKE-FREE). Short or long term --to be discussed.
