Hey Montreal! I'm looking for a woman or non-binary roommate, preferably in their mid to late 20s, to share my cozy 5 1/2 apartment right on Parc La Fontaine in the heart of the Plateau. I'm a night owl with a cozy/sometimes social lifestyle, so ideally you're comfortable with some late-night movement and the very occasional weekend gathering. That said, I *deeply* value a clean and respectful shared space and am looking for someone who feels the same. You should also be cat-friendly, as I have an affectionate & playful 1-year old kitten named Pixie! The available room: - $1300/month (***this is negotiable!***) plus hydro + wifi (both are usually $65/month) - The room is furnished - The apartment is fully furnished with in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, has direct bus access, and is a 5-10-minute walk to Mont-Royal station, grocery stores, Pharmaprix, SAQ, La Banquise, you name it! - Flexible rental terms, can be short or long-term (lease ending September 2027 with possibility of renewal). - Available as of September 1st A bit about me: I'm a 27 year old design student at Concordia. I'm into all things creative, love to travel, game, read, paint, thrift, cook, etc. I'm an ambivert, so l value my alone time as much as social time. I’m also learning French slowly but surely! I'm looking to share my space with someone who values stability, open-mindedness, and a safe and cozy atmosphere. Bonus points if you love movie nights…
