Hello everyone! I'm looking for a nice, responsible person to take over my private room lease in the heart of the Village, a 3-minute walk from Metro Beaudry. About my room: The room is very spacious and bright; it has ample closet space and access to a large terrace. It is unfurnished. About the apartment: The place is a 4 1/2 located on the second floor. The living room area has two big windows and a nice little balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and has a washing machine and dryer in the unit. It also has a dishwasher and AC, which is very convenient for everyday cleaning and for cooling in the summer. The bathroom comes with a very nice, ample bathtub, perfect for long, calm baths. About the roommate: My current roommate is a joyful and caring woman who is doing her PhD studies at Concordia University. She's very easygoing and cares deeply about building community and making the place feel like a home. She loves her private time but also enjoys having movie nights and cooking nice meals to share.
