We’re looking for a person who is responsible and tidy, but also friendly and sociable. The rooms are reasonably big, with sun in the afternoon. Ample closet space, desk and linens provided. Laundry in the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen available for your use. Wifi is provided; heat, utilities and all the rest should work out to about $825 for the smaller room and $875 for the larger. The apartment is a 16-minute walk to McGill. No pets. No smokers. The apartment is on the ground floor of an 1880s building just off St-Urbain on a remarkably quiet courtyard, which you can enjoy on the large patio. It’s an impressive and really well maintained space, amply furnished, with lots of natural light. You’ll be 1.5 blocks from St Laurent Blvd to the east, right on the edge of the Ghetto and Plateau. It is an eminently walkable neighbourhood. The owner will be using the basement office occasionally (perhaps twice a week).
