Just to manage your expectations.The neighbourhood is fabulous: access to the water (beach nearby), long cycle lanes and a vibrant neighbourhood street (Wellington) where you'll find absolutely everything.The rare parking spot in the city allows you to rent or buy a car (Turo rentals for used car is cheaper), it allows you to can access highways easily for regular outings with kids either in the Laurentides or Eastern Township, at less than 2hours of the city (lakes, mountains and forests)The price is all inclusive.
