I just bought a house and have two freshly painted and furnished bedrooms to rent! I’ve already found one lovely roommate, a young professional woman in her late 20’s who will be moving in Sept. 1st, and am looking for one more! I also live here with my two kitties🐈⬛ (so you must be okay living with cats!). I’m pretty chill, artsy, I try to stay active, I love cooking and I do like to have the occasional get together/ party with friends. I work as an educator in a daycare and have a very regular schedule. I try to keep the place clean and have been working on improving it little by little. I like to be social and do dinners or movies or coffee with roommates when they want. I speak English and French and am open to any kind of roommate, as long as you’re chill, kind, and respectful. Sorry, absolutely no smokers of any kind though as I’m super allergic 🚭🚭🚭 The house has a fully equipped, decent sized kitchen, an enclosed porch/ sun room, living room with a projector, laundry room with washer and dryer, a small front yard, and backyard with a garden which you will have full access to. The room, pretty average sized, is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and closet! The two rental rooms are on the main floor and I’m in the basement.
