Your new room (with personal balcony) will be in a renovated flat, on the third floor of a triplex on a quiet street in Verdun. There’s a long balcony on the back also which is facing a community center/church, so also a nice place to hang out on warmer days, as it’s quiet and very private. The bathroom has washer and dryer access and double sinks which has been great with my current flat mate. Tub/shower combo with a skylight! A nice place to get washed up :) Kitchen is modern with all the amenities, including dishwater and microwave. Open living room/dinning room. Cool with cannabis smokers if you don’t mind taking it to the balcony :) Not a party house although welcome to have a friend or two for vino or dinner from time to time. The rent includes heating, wifi, flat insurance, and I’ll take care of toilet paper, cleaning products etc :)
