It’s a large room (big enough for two or a couple) in a 5-1/2 shared with me. Here the rent is more than 2000$ per month unfurnished. The room is fully furnished; electricity, heating, washer-dryer, internet included. The apartment is new and modern, and very well located, near the Cartier metro station in Laval. There are two nature parks nearby, waterfront, tennis court, cross-country skiing not too far away, bike path in summer, services nearby. It’s an interesting area for that. I can get to the Mont-Royal mountain in Montreal in 20 minutes… so I think it’s great for the practical aspects.
