Nice bedroom in Hochelaga, right by Rue Ontario. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Room is facing a backyard that we are currently getting ready to be the perfect chill place in the summer, with a seating area and a fire pit, bbq, and outdoor cinema. We are all working professionals with individual schedules and while everyone here values their privacy, we also like to occasionally have game nights, go out or chill together. Some of us are still learning French, and all of us speak English. We are looking for someone to rent the room by October 1st. All bills (water, electricity, internet, cleaning materials )are included. If you have any questions or are interested in seeing the room in person, please reach out! Supermarkets, parks, cafes and the gym are all just a few minutes walk. There is a bus departing from our street, and the green metro joliette or prefontain are just 5-10 minutes walking distance.
