We’re looking to transfer our lease to a new tenant. Move-in date is mid-August or September 1, 2026. In the warm months, the neighborhood is alive and bustling with people, Mont-Royal avenue closes for cars and becomes a lively walking street, parks are full of sports games and picnics, and birdsong is always within earshot. In the wintertime there is easy access to activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating/hockey rinks nearby.
