Possibility of: By ROOM, all included* ENTIRE 4bdr 2bath furnished CONDO (4 rooms) Average to big size Rooms, form 599/month (room only), just 2 kilometers West from downtown Montreal. W propose a flat rate including furnishing and the 3 charges (heating, hot water, electricity and wifi), so for all included add 99$/month. We’re looking for respectful, disciplined roommates. PS: Our best room , “room with terrazzo” is available RIGHT NOW (or later). It is 749 room only and 849 furnished and with all charges included… but… Who else has a room with its own terrazzo??
